These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchase made through shoalgolfco.com (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An order is not accepted until payment is processed and we confirm the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product availability

  • Errors in pricing or product information

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping timelines provided are estimates only.

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer. Shoal is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier, though we will assist with reasonable claims when possible.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned in original condition.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Items returned outside the stated return window

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified product defect.

Return instructions will be provided upon request.

6. WARRANTY

Shoal Golf Co. products are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper care

  • Cosmetic aging consistent with natural materials

Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Shoal Golf Co. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
